Two stories were dominating the BCBG New York Fashion Week runway show this morning. There were geometric, classic pieces with beading adorning the necklines or introduced at the back part.

There was also this vibrant expressionism look toned down by being paired with primary colors or left to show its full abstract look.

The shoes were grey knotted sandals on a small platform or black.

Models held little pouches called by Max Azria "tasseled metallic minaudieres" These gold metallic clutches were a great finishing touch to this chic collection with a modern edge.
